Based on standard cymbalsmithing hammer but as discussed in emails and based on attached photos with some adjustments. (see below)

I'm looking specifically at the unusual face of that hammer- how it's kinda 'bullet' shaped, for lack of a better word. That is definitely something I can do.  

Also If I had my druthers I'd make the eye oval instead of round- I'm not a big fan of round eyes in tools as they have a tendency to get loose more quickly.
