This heirloom quality draw knife is hand forged from mild steel and 80CrV2 tool steel. It is traditionally laminated for strength and durability. The wood handles are secured with marine epoxy, copper ferrules and the ends of the tangs are peened over small copper washers. It can be used bevel up for heavy hogging or bevel down for more delicate slicing.
